Teaching

Dr. Seeley creates educational programs related to weather/climate impacts on agriculture and natural resources. He co-created the "Pesticide Applicator Training Video", a series of children's weather books called the "Amazing Science Series" and an Internet training module for the design of living snow fences.

He writes the WeatherTalk column for MPR each week, available to school teachers through the Sound Learning Program. He also teaches Atmospheric Science for school science teachers through the AMS DataStreme Atmosphere Program and offers an evening Compleat Scholar class each fall called "Understanding Weather and Climate. He guest lectures for a number of classes each semester.
