439 Borlaug Hall Research My research focuses on interactions between soil, plants, and the atmosphere. The overall goal of my research is to increase our understanding of how ecosystem and biogeochemical processes respond to natural and anthropogenic environmental changes and how changes in these processes may, in turn, modify the environment. I use interdisciplinary approaches to examine feedbacks between environmental changes and biogeochemical cycling over a wide range of scales. My work focuses on the interface between terrestrial ecology, atmospheric science, and soil science. |
